Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with contractors for execution of work as per drawings Interpret and explain construction drawings to site teams Monitor site activities and ensure quality and timelines are maintained Resolve site-related issues in coordination with contractors Prepare and share daily/weekly progress updates Ensure compliance with safety and project standards Required Skills: Strong knowledge of civil construction drawings Contractor coordination and site execution experience Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple site activities Basic knowledge of quality control and safety practices Preferred Candidate: Hands-on site experience Local candidate from Raipur or willing to relocate Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time
